Politics For-Masters, Not Beginners

Politics For-Masters, Not Beginners.

The Politics in Africa: Evil to Productivity

Politics was meant to be a tool for order, unity, and collective progress. But in Africa, it has too often turned into a poison that drains the very lifeblood of productivity. Instead of being a driver of growth, it becomes a stumbling block to the dreams of millions.

Allow Politics For-Masters, Not Beginners so not to:

đź”» Politics Discourages Innovation & Research
Brilliant young Africans with sharp minds are discouraged. Why research, when the results will never be supported, funded, or implemented? Political interests swallow every good idea, and so laboratories remain empty, while libraries gather dust.

đź”» Trade, Marketing & Entrepreneurship Are Suppressed
A continent with enormous resources should be the hub of global trade. Yet politics stifles free enterprise with bad policies, nepotism, and corruption. Small businesses cannot grow, honest marketers are cheated, and entrepreneurs give up before their vision takes off.

đź”» Skill Development Takes the Back Seat
Instead of investing in skills and technology, politics rewards loyal followers with positions, leaving true talent untapped. Our youths are left chasing political favors rather than developing the skills to build industries and innovations.

But politics does not stop at killing productivity. It actively plants weeds:

⚠️ Dependencies Over Independence – People are taught to beg politicians instead of building themselves.
⚠️ Hatred & Dangerous Competition – Citizens are divided along tribal, religious, or party lines, fighting instead of cooperating.
⚠️ Wasteless & Idealess Leadership – National resources are wasted on empty promises and senseless projects with no impact.

đź’ˇ A New Vision for Politics in Africa
Politics should never be an occupation. It should not be a paid job for beginners chasing salaries. It should be a secondary and community assignment, reserved for those with experience and proven productivity in their fields.

Imagine if political seats became master classes of wisdom, not classrooms for apprentices. Imagine if committees, boards, and agencies—especially in healthcare—were made up of people representing all four methods of health care (modern, herbal, spiritual, and traditional). Decisions would then be rooted in balance, knowledge, and practical solutions, not selfish politics.

🗣️ Now I insist on your comment, my friends:

Do you agree politics should not be a full-time career?

Should leadership be a place for masters, not beginners?

Can Africa grow if politics continues to reward followers instead of builders?
